Tina Burkhead
Director of Human Resources
Tina Burkhead joined Athletes' Performance in March 2007 to serve as the Director of Human Resources. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all employee hiring, benefits, and compensation packages. Similarly, Tina oversees employee relations, and training, team building, and leadership management.
Tina honed her management skills during her eight years as a Human Resource Director for a high end furniture company in Scottsdale, AZ.
Previously, Tina worked as a Human Resource Director in the hotel industry in Chicago, Illinois. where she also served as the President of the Hotel Human Resource Association of Chicago.
A graduate of Norbert College, Tina is an avid football fan, splitting her love between the Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals.
