Scott Quill

Chief Editor

Scott Quill is the chief editor of Athletes’ Performance and Core Performance. He directs the editorial content for digital properties, partner initiatives, and media opportunities. As both an editor and performance specialist, Scott also plays a key role in product development in such areas as user interface content for wellness and sports performance training products.

Scott joined Athletes' Performance in 2008 from Men's Health where he was the magazine's fitness editor and founding director of the Men’s Health FitSchools Foundation, an initiative aimed at fighting childhood obesity. Prior to Men’s Health, Scott developed his journalism skills at Esquire magazine.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College. He holds strength and conditioning certifications with the NSCA and IYCA, and has written for many consumer and industry publications, including Outside, Details, Best Life, Consumer Reports, and Perform Better.
