About Our Team
Karen joined our Athletes' Performance Culinary Team in Oct. 2008, bringing with her over 30 years restaurant business experience. She has done it all, from bus girl to assistant general manager to executive chef. She is in the unique position to have both kitchen and front-of-the-house experience.
A native of Arizona, Karen has worked at such fine eateries as the Scottsdale Chart House, Arcadia Farms, AJ’s Fine Foods, and Cucina Tagliani—to name just a few.
In an effort to have her work life coincide with her new healthier style of living, Karen sought Athletes' Performance out for employment; and we are glad to have her on our team!
