Bob works with CorePerformance.com on many aspects of nutrition, including supplements and meal timing.
Bob graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Nutrition. As a student athlete (football) at UD, he developed a passion for athletic development through nutrition and strength and conditioning. Bob earned his Master's Degree in Sports Physiology from Texas A&M University and is a registered dietitian.
Having been a coach and student athlete himself, Bob possesses a valuable frame of reference for the demands placed on athletes of all levels. Through the integration of scientific education and practical experience, Bob is committed to ensuring that each athlete at Athletes' Performance reaches their full potential through nutrition.
