About Our Team

Edwina Clark

Edwina Clark is a performance nutritionist who works with employees as part of the Core Performance corporate wellness program. Clark counsels employees on nutrition topics, leads lunch-and-learns, conducts grocery store tours and healthy cooking seminars, and produces nutrition-based educational materials.

Prior to working at Core Performance, Clark worked in corporate wellness as a nutrition consultant for Pega System in Cambridge and at the Boston University Nutrition and Fitness Center. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Clark was a former runner-up in the long jump at the Australian Junior Track & Field Championships. 

An avid runner, Clark is extremely interested in exercise physiology, sports nutrition, weight management, nutrition for disease prevention, diabetes, allergies and intolerances, heart health, and pregnancy nutrition.

Clark graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Boston University. She received her master's degree from the same university. As a student, she was captain of the Boston University Track & Field team.
