Debbie Martell
Performance Chef
Debbie is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She also earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University.
Formerly a New York City resident, Debbie applied her culinary expertise in some of New York's top restaurants, including An American Place, Union Square Cafe and Gotham Bar & Grill. In Arizona, Debbie was a Sous Chef at The Phoenician Resort and Spa.
Focus at Athletes' Performance: As Performance Chef at APAZ, Debbie applies her 14 years in the restaurant business and dietetics degree to further the nutrition of elite and professional athletes.
