10-Minute Resolution: Stretch for 5 Minutes Twice a Day
Sitting at a desk all day can ruin your posture and leave you feeling tight all over. Squeeze a couple stretching breaks into your day to loosen up, refocus on sitting tall, and reduce your risk of pain and injury as a result.
