It’s easy to spend hours at your desk laboring over paperwork and projects without realizing that you haven’t eaten, had a drink, or taken a break. We challenge you to unchain yourself from your desk for 10 minutes each day. This mental break will allow you to clear your mind, give your brain a break, and refocus.
