10-Minute Resolution: Take Two Trips to the Water Cooler

Drinking water is one the simplest (and most important) ways to improve your health. Not only does drinking water improve focus and boost energy, it also can help control your weight. This week, schedule two five-minute water breaks each day (set reminders in Outlook for the morning and afternoon).
When filling up at the water cooler, use a water bottle or an oversized glass. This will allow you to keep a larger amount of water with you throughout the day to stay hydrated between breaks.
