You may feel like having to hit the gym is a daily headache, but not fulfilling your exercise needs can actually cause a serious head-banging session, according to a new study out of Norway.
In a survey of more than 68,000 adults, those who regularly bypassed the gym were 14-percent more likely to suffer from frequent headaches over an 11-year period. The reasoning behind the connection is still being studied, but the scientists suggest that protection from headaches could potentially be another reason for people to stay active.
So, get yourself out to the gym for your body and your mind.
