How Jogging Can Help You Live Longer

Jogging can add years to your life, according to new research presented at the meeting of the European Society of Cardiology in Dublin, Ireland.

Researchers working on the Copenhagen City Heart Study studied 2,000 Danish joggers. Males who jogged between one and two and a half hours a week lived an average of six years longer than non-exercisers. Female joggers lived an average of five and half years longer.
