Finding it hard to stick to your new year’s resolution? Your gym attendance just is not what it should be? Well maybe what you need is the help of a personal trainer and a state-of-the-art training program to help you get better in 2010. To get to the core of it, adidas Men’s Training is partnering with Core Performance, an internationally known training institute supporting everyday and elite athletes in achieving their training goals.

The most recent addition to adidas Core Performance Men’s Training is personal trainer Nick Anthony. He has been a professional performance coach since 1998 and is a vital member of the Core Performance Institute. Anthony, who has trained some of the world’s top champions in sport, has built an illustrious coaching career and now joins fellow adidas Global Trainers Elena Brower, Violet Zaki, and Marta Formoso.

Nick Anthony knows how to make you better and shares his training knowledge through www.adidas.com/training. This website provides insight for fitness fanatics and casual athletes alike with Core Performance exercises, advice on nutrition and an ultimate guide to adidas Training products and services. In addition, Nick Anthony himself offers some answers to the most frequently asked questions about personal training and reaching your training goals.

In spring/summer 2010, adidas Men’s Training features a Core Performance footwear and apparel range designed in collaboration with the Core Performance trainers. From head to toe, this range incorporates the very latest in adidas sport performance technologies to maximize your training and provide 360° support for all gym movements.

“The adidas and Core Performance partnership has been in place for over a decade, and we are honoured to support the launch of this innovative range of footwear and apparel with proven nutrition and training programs,” stated Mark Verstegen, president and founder of Core Performance.

Core Performance apparel gives you greater freedom of movement thanks to its unique pattern cut. The removal of seams from the critical pivot point on the shoulder improves fit, allowing the arm to lift without the garment rising up. The Core Performance Optigon II is the premium training shoe and offers optimal support and stability for your core and strength training workouts thanks to adidas’ ForMotion™ and SpeedCut™ technologies.
