New Feature! Core Performance Challenges

Are you up for a challenge? We’ve just launched a new feature in Core Talk for community members to participate in various health and performance challenges, like raising your game or dropping a few pounds.

Use our Challenges to put your goals to the test (and succeed!) with the help of Core Performance and other members of our online community. We’re kicking off this new feature with three Challenges:

Weight Loss Challenge

Whether you’re looking to drop the last 5 or the first 50, you can do it. Announce your goal, then improve your training and nutrition habits using expert strategies to lose fat and feel great.

 

Hydration Challenge

Did you know more than a third of physically active people are under-hydrated? Challenge yourself to drink at least ½ an ounce of water for every pound you weigh, on a daily basis.

 

Vertical Jump Challenge

The vertical jump is a useful measuring stick for power, and improving yours can help you reach the rim, dunk, or become more explosive in sports. Measure your vertical, set a goal, and leap higher with the right training plan.

Besides access to expert coaching and support from the Core Performance community, you’ll be eligible for our giveaways, which will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays of every week beginning 8/25/2009.
