Training Programs Update: All-New TRX and Trigger Point Moves Now Included!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added dozens of new TRX and trigger point exercises to our online training programs—the premier training tool designed by the coaches at Athletes’ Performance. The addition of these movements means more ways to build strength and stability, soothe sore muscles, and keep your workouts fresh.

To access these new moves, click on the “movement exchange” button that appears just to the right of the exercise names in your workout and swap in a TRX or trigger point movement for one of your regular moves. Note: Not every exercise has an alternate TRX or trigger point move, but you’ll find many new options, such as the TRX Running Plank, TRX Chest Press, and Trigger Point - Deltoid
