10-Minute Resolution: Whip Up a Healthy Breakfast

You’ve heard that breakfast is important for good health, and breaking the fast each morning needn’t be difficult. Take 10 minutes each morning this week to cook breakfast. It’ll provide you with energy and jumpstart your metabolism to help you burn more calories throughout the day.
