Nutrition Tip: Post-Game Shake Recipe

After a tough game, your body is drained of energy and your muscles are broken down. Kickstart your post-game recovery with the tropical shake recipe below to rebuild your muscles and rehydrate your body.

In a blender, combine 1 cup of low-fat milk and ice, 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1 tablespoon of flax, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and 1/4 cup of oats. This shake has 380 calories, 56 g of carbs, and 26 g of protein.
