A: The strength should complement your running. You can input your mileage schedule into the ESD components. Long runs are on the regeneration days, high-intensity intervals are on your power days, and moderate intervals that focus on leg capacity are on strength days. The easiest method is to input the Performance Endurance around your schedule and not worry if it is not perfect.
