Breakfast Smoothie on a Budget
I like smoothies for breakfast because I can’t eat a whole lot in the morning and they're an easy way to get some quality nutrients. Problem is, the ingredients aren't exactly in a student budget.
Last week I decided to treat myself and came up with this exotic, healthy and tasty smoothie recipe:
1 frozen pack of acai berries
8 fl oz Naked juice (Blue Machine)
8 fl oz strawberry-kiwi juice
4 fl oz pomegranate juice
crushed ice as needed
optional: strawberry protein powder, flaxseed oil
Does anyone have any recipes for great tasting smoothies that a college student can afford?
