The Power Boost Playlist

Even before I step out onto the gym floor, I make sure I have my headphones blaring. It puts me in the right mindset from the start, and helps me finish strong in the end.

I like to have songs on my playlist that will keep pushing me—even when I feel like I'm about to hit a wall. This doesn’t mean that all my tunes are headbangers or hip-hop. One of my favorites is Promontory, the theme song from The Last of the Mohicans, an orchestrated classic.

In the playlist below, I started with another theme song—one from Batman Begins. Try it to power through a tough training session.
