Welcome to EXOS at Jones Farm!

The fitness center at Jones Farm is located in the JF2 building on the first floor. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and bikes, a full line of selectorized strength equipment, plus a complete set of dumbbells, fixed weight barbells, squat racks, and adjustable benches.

Looking for core work, stress management, or classes designed to help your body navigate  daily life? A variety of fun and traditional group exercise offerings are available such as yoga, PiYo strength, step aerobics, Zumba®, karate, jiu jitsu, and tai chi.

The center also offers strength and cardio classes, such as EXOS Move Bootcamp, EXOS Move Total-Body Training, EXOS Move Core and Movement, EXOS Move Regeneration, EXOS Move Metabolic Challenge, and EXOS Move Fundamentals.

Colette Binford, Performance Specialist

Colette is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After graduating from Portland State University with a bachelor’s in sociology, Colette became nationally certified as a personal trainer in 2002 with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She worked as a fitness coach for two years helping clients of all ages achieve their health goals before accepting a management position as a personal training director. In 2006, she was presented with an opportunity to work in corporate wellness at Intel in Hillsboro, Oreg. While at the Hillsboro campus, Colette managed the Jones Farm fitness center for more than six years. At Intel, she developed a successful group exercise program along with other health and wellness programs for members.

Colette loves the one on one interaction she gets with personal training, but also loves teaching group exercise classes like EXOS Move Bootcamp, Pilates, and PiYo Strength. Colette holds the following certifications: NASM and ISSA personal trainer, AFPA Pilates, Turbo Kick™ and PiYo Strength, and many specialized trainings including Running Biomechanics, Golf Conditioning, and Sports Nutrition. Colette will continue to help Intelians with their health and wellness goals.

Scott Guidotti, Vitality Specialist

Scott grew up in Michigan where he played soccer, hockey and basketball at a competitive level. Scott attended Arizona State University, where he studied exercise physiology and sports nutrition in their new performance laboratories in downtown Phoenix. During school, Scott also worked as a personal trainer for the SunDevil Fitness Complex, and participated as a coach in the ASU-CommitToBeFit Program with Chris Powell (Extreme Weight Loss). He was previously employed as the Speed and Agility Coach for Human Performance Specialists in Scottsdale, AZ where he was fortunate enough to train world-class professional athletes, including recent World Series and Superbowl champions. Scott loves learning about human anatomy and physiology and using that knowledge to help people reach their full potential.

David Haebler, Vitality Specialist

David received a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science Pre-Therapy degree from Oregon State University. He then moved to Newport, Oregon and spent five years helping revitalize a facility named Me Fitness. His thirst for knowledge lead him to a stretching technique called Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), which was crucial for his next endeavor which was in professional snow sports. David is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist and functional movement systems certified coach. David became a human performance intern at Ski and Snowboard Club Vail (SSCV). He believes that having a healthy lifestyle and being outside enriches your life and body. David brings over a dozen years of experience, training a diverse group of clientele.

David enjoys surfing, snowboarding, traveling, hanging with great friends, and generally anything that is outside and fun. He has a wonderful fiancé Nikki and a 10-month old baby boy named Benjamin. He is a diehard Chicago Bears, Portland Trailblazers and OSU Beaver fan. Go Bears, Blazers and Beavs.

Noel Williams, Vitality Dietitian

Noel Williams is a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She was born in, Saudi Arabia and lived in Thailand and Japan before finally settling in Helena, MT when she was four years old.

She attended Montana State University in the beautiful town of Bozeman, MT, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition. Before joining the EXOS team, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian at a small rural hospital in Eastern Montana and as an Exercise Technician at the Cardiac Rehab Center in Bozeman, MT. She feels blessed to have chosen a career that allows her to spend her work days helping others to improve their quality of life through positive lifestyle change! In her free time she enjoys being in the mountains, hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding, running, and of course, playing dinosaurs with her six year old son, Lucas (Lucasaurus Rex).

Nate Graham, Vitality Specialist

Nate graduated from Warner Pacific College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Human Kinetics with Emphasis on Exercise Science. A four year collegiate basketball player, Nate played two years at a local junior college in Southern California, and finished his career with the Warner Pacific Knights, where he reached back to back sweet-sixteens. After college, Nate earned his Personal Training, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and began personal training at CourtSports Athletic Club (Eugene, OR). Now back in Portland, Nate is currently an assistant basketball coach for his alma mater and runs their strength and conditioning program. Being very passionate about health and fitness, Nate is excited for the opportunity to assist all on their Journey.

Jeremy Boyd, Vitality Specialist

As a multisport athlete in his youth, Jeremy developed his passion for health and fitness early in life. However, it wasn’t until he enlisted in the United States Navy and participated in an intense, physically-demanding program that he decided to increase his overall knowledge of fitness. After Jeremy’s enlistment ended in 2009, he immediately explored his options for schooling. Having discovered the fitness technology program at P.C.C., Jeremy knew he'd found what he was looking for. He earned his personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, followed with a one-year certificate in the fitness technology program and a Red Cross first-aid qualification.

Jeremy’s thirst for knowledge grew as he explored and completed two bachelor’s degrees - one in physical activity/exercise and the other in community health - from Portland State University. After Graduating in 2012, Jeremy began working as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at the adidas and Intel corporate fitness centers as well as with the Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation. It was at these facilities Jeremy honed his craft of being able to deliver functional fitness routines that focus on proper movement patterns first and foremost. Jeremy is excited about his new full-time position at Intel RA3 and is looking forward to helping motivate, inspire, and provide Intelians at RA3 with the resources they need to succeed, regardless of their fitness level.

Teresa Weir, Performance Dietitian

Tess’ passion for food and nutrition was sparked in her high school cooking class. Eventually, she received her BS in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University and her Masters of Public Health from UC Berkeley and became a registered dietitian in 1996. She has worked with the Dole Foods Nutrition Education program, the American Heart Association, as a Research Project Manager for the Arizona Disease Control Commission through Arizona State University, and as a Site Supervisor for the Women Infant Children (WIC) program in Compton, California. She has also been teaching college level courses in nutrition and health for over 8 years prior to joining the EXOS team. She has two daughters, ages 18 and 15, and when she’s not working at EXOS, she enjoys bike racing and teaching group exercise classes.

Michael Koenig, Vitality Specialist

Michael is a Midwest native growing up in Kansas. Michael graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness Management and a minor in Business. After the completion of college, Michael became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Florida.

Michael spent 5 Years in the sunshine state working as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, the Central Florida YMCA and as an independent trainer. As his time as a trainer he helped develop and integrate a health and wellness program, owned and operated his own training company, and was part of opening and developing 2 training facilities in Central Florida. Michael enjoys all outdoor activities, primarily any he can do with his Australian shepherds, Gunnar and Jax and is looking forward to this change of climate and to explore all that Oregon has to offer.
