Welcome to EXOS at Jones Farm!
The fitness center at Jones Farm is located in the JF2 building on the first floor. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and bikes, a full line of selectorized strength equipment, plus a complete set of dumbbells, fixed weight barbells, squat racks, and adjustable benches.
Looking for core work, stress management, or classes designed to help your body navigate daily life? A variety of fun and traditional group exercise offerings are available such as yoga, PiYo strength, step aerobics, Zumba®, karate, jiu jitsu, and tai chi.
The center also offers strength and cardio classes, such as EXOS Move Bootcamp, EXOS Move Total-Body Training, EXOS Move Core and Movement, EXOS Move Regeneration, EXOS Move Metabolic Challenge, and EXOS Move Fundamentals.

Colette Binford, Performance Specialist
Colette is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After graduating from Portland State University with a bachelor’s in sociology, Colette became nationally certified as a personal trainer in 2002 with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She worked as a fitness coach for two years helping clients of all ages achieve their health goals before accepting a management position as a personal training director. In 2006, she was presented with an opportunity to work in corporate wellness at Intel in Hillsboro, Oreg. While at the Hillsboro campus, Colette managed the Jones Farm fitness center for more than six years. At Intel, she developed a successful group exercise program along with other health and wellness programs for members.
Colette loves the one on one interaction she gets with personal training, but also loves teaching group exercise classes like EXOS Move Bootcamp, Pilates, and PiYo Strength. Colette holds the following certifications: NASM and ISSA personal trainer, AFPA Pilates, Turbo Kick™ and PiYo Strength, and many specialized trainings including Running Biomechanics, Golf Conditioning, and Sports Nutrition. Colette will continue to help Intelians with their health and wellness goals.
