3 Hurdle Drill - Continuous - Soccer

Starting Position
- Base position standing outside of 3 micro-hurdles
Procedure
- Shuffle through hurdles keeping the feet apart.
- Quickly cut on the outside of the hurdles and then reverse directions
Coaching Keys
- Keep feet apart
- Step over hurdles by picking knees and toes up
- Use arms throughout movement

- Throughout your entire body
