3 Hurdle Drill - Continuous - Soccer

Starting Position

  • Base position standing outside of 3 micro-hurdles

Procedure

  • Shuffle through hurdles keeping the feet apart. 
  • Quickly cut on the outside of the hurdles and then reverse directions

Coaching Keys

  • Keep feet apart
  • Step over hurdles by picking knees and toes up
  • Use arms throughout movement

You Should Feel It

  • Throughout your entire body
