4 Cone Random Agility Drill - Baseball

Starting Position

  • Base position inside box of 4 cones, 3-5 yards square

Procedure

  • As partner randomly points, move as quickly as possible to indicated cone

Coaching Keys

  • As soon as a different cone is indicated, change direction accordingly regardless of whether or not previous cone was reached
  • Utilize proper cutting angles, acceleration, crossover and shuffling skill
