5 Way Hip Cable - Crossover

Starting Position

  • Standing with good posture facing the machine, belly tight, ankle strap attached to your inside ankle

Procedure

  • Rotate your inside knee up and across body for prescribed number of repetitions
  • Switch legs and repeat

Coaching Keys

  • Try to remain balanced on one leg throughout movements
  • Do not allow any motion to occur in your spine throughout movements

You Should Feel It

  • Working both hips and challenging your balance
