Starting Position

  • On side with bottom leg straight and top leg bent with inside of knee on ground

Procedure

  • Rotate trunk back attempting to put the top shoulder blade on ground. Hold 2 seconds, return to start position and repeat

Coaching Keys

  • Keep top knee on ground throughout stretch
  • Actively rotate trunk throughout entire movement

  • Stretching through the torso
