90-90 Stretch - Golf
Starting Position
- On side with bottom leg straight and top leg bent with inside of knee on ground
Procedure
- Rotate trunk back attempting to put the top shoulder blade on ground. Hold 2 seconds, return to start position and repeat

- Actively rotate trunk throughout entire movement
