Ankle PNF D2.1 (Theraband)

Starting Position

  • Sitting with Theraband or GoFit Pro Gym attached to your foot so it pulls you down and in when you are relaxed

Procedure

  • Pull the ankle up and in against the Theraband or Pro Gym for the prescribed number of repetitions

Coaching Keys

  • Do not allow any movement throughout your leg or hip during exercise
  • There will be less motion moving your foot out than in

  • Working the muscles in your low leg and challenging the coordination in your ankle
