Balancing - Contralateral Alphabet - Soccer

Starting Position
Procedure
- While balancing on one leg with knee slightly bent, write the alphabet in the air with the other leg while keeping the knee straight
- Switch legs and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Do not allow any movement through your trunk during the exercise
- Move leg from the hip, keeping the leg straight

- Working both hips and challenging your balance
