Biceps Curl - Assisted Stance (TRX)


  • Hold a TRX handle in each hand with an underhand grip (palms facing up) with your arms straight out in front of your chest.
  • With your front leg straight and your back knee bent, lean backward in a modified split stance so that the TRX hangs diagonally.
  • Pull your body toward the TRX by curling the handles until your elbows are bent to more than 90 degrees.
  • Reverse the pattern to return to the starting position.
  • Continue for the full set.

Coaching Tips

  • Keep your elbows at your sides.
  • Keep stomach tight.
  • Do not rock forward and back.
