Bridge to Curl - Physioball Golf
Starting Position
- Lying face up on ground with ball underneath Achilles tendons and hips bridged to sky
Procedure
- Pull heels to glutes while maintaining bridge and return to start position
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

- Do not let hips drop as knees bend
- Keep toes pulled up
