Bridge to Curl - Physioball Golf

Starting Position

  • Lying face up on ground with ball underneath Achilles tendons and hips bridged to sky

Procedure

  • Pull heels to glutes while maintaining bridge and return to start position
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

Coaching Keys

  • Do not let hips drop as knees bend
  • Keep toes pulled up
