Cable Standing Crossover
Starting Position
- Standing with hips perpendicular to a pulley station with left leg closest to the station
- Cable attached to the left ankle
Procedure
- Balancing on the right leg, rotate your pelvis to the right while pulling left foot up and across body into a running crossover position
- Slowly return to starting position, maintaining balance
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides
