Cable Standing Crossover

Starting Position

  • Standing with hips perpendicular to a pulley station with left leg closest to the station
  • Cable attached to the left ankle


  • Balancing on the right leg, rotate your pelvis to the right while pulling left foot up and across body into a running crossover position
  • Slowly return to starting position, maintaining balance
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides
