Chest Press - 1 Arm High Split Stance (TRX)


  • Secure 2 TRX straps together by looping one handle through the other.
  • Lean forward in a split stance with the arm of your back leg straight in front of your chest, holding the TRX handles so that the TRX hangs diagonally.
  • Keeping your back leg straight, bend your elbow to lower your body toward the TRX handles.
  • Push yourself back up to the starting position.
  • Complete the set on one side before repeating with the opposite leg and arm.

  • Keep your body weight over the arch of your front foot.
  • Maintain tight torso.
