Chest Press - Assisted Stance (TRX)


  • Lean forward in a modified split stance with each arm straight in front of your chest, holding a TRX handle so that the TRX hangs diagonally.
  • Keeping your back leg straight, bend your elbows to lower your body toward the TRX handles.
  • Push yourself back up to the starting position.
  • Continue for the full set.

Coaching Tips

  • Keep your body weight over the arch of your front foot.
  • Maintain tight torso.
