Starting Position

  • Standing

Procedure

  • Attack right knee up and across body as arms oppose movement.
  • Drive foot back and down to ground and repeat

Coaching Keys 

  • Maintain perfect posture
  • Hit hand with top of knee, not inside
  • Keep hips pointed forward

  • In the hips, legs, and trunk
