Medicine Ball - Rotator Cuff Dribble - Golf
Starting Position
- Standing in athletic position 1 foot away from wall holding medicine ball with arm raised to side and elbow bent to 90 degrees
Procedure
- Moving nothing but arm, dribble ball against wall for prescribed number of repetitions
Coaching Keys
- Maintain perfect posture with stomach tight
- Keep elbow and chest close to wall
