Drop Lateral Slides Cutting (Zig Zag)
Starting Position
- Athletic base position
Procedure
- Open left foot and hip back at a 45 degree angle
- Shuffle diagonally backwards 2 -3 yards
- Plant the left foot and immediately open right foot and hip back at a 45 degree angle and shuffle diagonally backwards
- Repeat for 3 -4 changes of direction on each side, creating a zig zag pattern
