Drop Squat - Endurance

Starting Position

  • Standing with feet just outside of shoulders and arms in front of you

Procedure

  • Lift feet off the ground and sit back and down into a squat position, keeping knees behind toes
  • As your hips drop into a squat position, throw your arms behind you

Coaching Keys

  • Move with speed and stick the landing, keeping chest up and back flat during movement
  • Do not allow knees to collapse to the inside upon landing

  • Working your hips and legs
