Drop Squats

Starting Position
- Standing with feet just outside of shoulders and arms in front of you
Procedure
- Lift feet off the ground and sit back and down into a squat position, keeping knees behind toes
- As your hips drop into a squat position, throw your arms behind you
Coaching Keys
- Move with speed and stick the landing, keeping chest up and back flat during movement
- Do not allow knees to collapse to the inside upon landing

- Working your hips and legs
