Foam Roll - VMO

Steps

  • Lie facedown with a foam roll just above the inside of one knee and the other leg out to the side.
  • Roll along the inside of your quads just above the knee.
  • Spend more time rolling on any sore spots you find.
  • Complete the set on one side before repeating on the other leg.

Coaching Tip

  • Place as much weight on the foam roll as you can tolerate.

  • As if you were getting a deep massage.
