Forearm Pronation/Supination - Tennis

Starting Position

  • Standing, holding bat with elbow bent to 90 degrees

Procedure

  • Keeping elbow stationary, turn palm to face floor
  • Reverse direction, turning palm to sky
  • Repeat for desired number of repetitions and perform movement again with reverse grip

Coaching Keys

  • Keep elbow stationary
  • Choke up on bat for decreased difficulty
