Forearm Stretch - Golf

Starting Position

  • Standing with right arm raised straight on front of body with palm up


  • Grab fingers with left hand and pull toward elbow until mild stretch is felt.
  • Hold 2 seconds and relax- repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
  • Repeat stretch with palm facing down and fingers curled into fist
  • Switch arms and repeat
