Forearm Stretch - Golf
Starting Position
- Standing with right arm raised straight on front of body with palm up
Procedure
- Grab fingers with left hand and pull toward elbow until mild stretch is felt.
- Hold 2 seconds and relax- repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
- Repeat stretch with palm facing down and fingers curled into fist
- Switch arms and repeat
