Forward Lunge Forearm to Instep - Golf

Starting Position
Procedure
- Step forward into lunge with left foot
- Place right hand on the ground and rotate trunk to the right away from the front leg and hold 1-2 seconds
- Place left elbow to the inside of the left foot, and hold stretch for 2 seconds
- Place left hand outside of foot and push hips to sky
- Return to start position and repeat with other leg
Coaching Keys
- Keep back knee off ground
- Contract back glute during stretch
You Should Feel It
- Stretching both groins, back leg hip flexor, front leg glute and hamstring
