Forward Lunge Half Kneeling Elbow to Instep

Starting Position

  • Half kneeling

Procedure

  • With right leg forward, place left hand on ground and right elbow to the inside of the right foot
  • Hold stretch for two seconds, relax and lift chest and step forward with left leg
  • Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions

Coaching Keys

  • Contract back glute during stretch

You Should Feel It

  • Stretching both groins, back leg hip flexor, and front leg glute
