Get Ups to Deceleration - Down Position
Starting Position
- Push up position, elbows bent, chest on ground
Procedure
- Push up off ground with arms and accelerate forward 10 yards with piston -like leg action and arms driving back
- At the end of 10 yards, decelerate into athletic base position
- Rest and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
