Starting Position

  • Half kneeling

Procedure

  • Maintaining posture, contract back glute until stretch is felt in hip flexor
  • Hold stretch for 2 seconds, relax and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
  • Switch legs

Coaching Keys

  • Keep stomach tight / Do not extend low back during stretch

You Should Feel It

  • Stretching hip flexor of back leg and glute of front leg
