Starting Position
- Half kneeling
Procedure
- Maintaining posture, contract back glute until stretch is felt in hip flexor
- Hold stretch for 2 seconds, relax and repeat for prescribed number of repetitions
- Switch legs
Coaching Keys
- Keep stomach tight / Do not extend low back during stretch
You Should Feel It
- Stretching hip flexor of back leg and glute of front leg
