Glute Stretch - Supine

Starting Position
Procedure
- Actively lift one knee to chest and then give gentle assistance by grabbing knee and pulling further to chest
- Exhale, hold stretch for two seconds, and return to start position
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs
Coaching Keys
- Keep your non-stretching leg flat on the ground by pushing the bottom of your heel away from your head

- Stretching your glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors
