Groin Stretch - Quadruped - Golf

Starting Position

  • Hands and knees with knees outside of hips

Procedure 

  • Roll pelvis back and push hips backward toward ground until stretch is felt in groin
  • Push hips forward to ground and repeat

 

Coaching Keys

  • Keep back flat
  • Start with small range of motion and gradually increase as flexibility improves

You Should Feel It

  • Stretching in the inside of thighs
