Hamstring Stretch - Supine Bent Knee

Starting Position
Procedure
- Grab behind the right knee and pull to chest as far as it will go
- Keeping your knee held against your chest, actively straighten your knee until a stretch is felt in the hamstring
- Hold for two seconds and let knee bend
- Repeat stretch for prescribed number of repetitions and switch legs
Coaching Keys
- Keep your non -stretching leg flat on the ground by pushing the bottom of your heel away from your head
- Your stretching knee will not straighten completely
