Starting Position

  • Standing

Procedure

  • Keeping legs straight, walk forward on your heels with your toes pulled up towards your shin for the prescribed distance
  • Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions

  • Maintain upright posture and do not fold at the waist
  • Keep stomach tight
