Hip Crossover - Golf
Starting Position
- On ground, face up with arms and knees bent to 90 deg and feet flat
Procedure
- Let knees fall to left, and then reverse to right for prescribed number of repetitions

- Keep shoulders on ground
- Keep knees together
- Keep Abs locked
- Don't let knees touch ground
