Hip Crossover - with Feet Up and Bent Leg

Starting Position

  • Lie face-up on the floor with your arms out to your sides, your hips flexed 90 degrees, and your knees bent.
  • Your feet should be in the air with your toes pulled towards your shins.

Procedure

  • Keeping your shoulders down on the floor, let your knees fall to the right and then reverse to the left.
  • Continue for the prescribed number of repetitions.

Coaching Keys

  • Keep your knees together, your shoulders on the floor, and your torso engaged.
  • Do not let your knees touch the floor.
