Hip Crossover - with Feet Up and Bent Leg
Starting Position
- Lie face-up on the floor with your arms out to your sides, your hips flexed 90 degrees, and your knees bent.
- Your feet should be in the air with your toes pulled towards your shins.
Procedure
- Keeping your shoulders down on the floor, let your knees fall to the right and then reverse to the left.
- Continue for the prescribed number of repetitions.
